Arsenal is working with e-tickets. We start sending out the e-tickets aproximatelly one week before the match, but it would be that you receive the tickets closer to the event.
The Museum and Stadium Tour voucher are printed on this e-ticket as well. You need to keep the e-tickets with them all times.
The e-tickets can not be scanned on a smartphone, so please make sure that you prints out the tickets.
